To address the needs of hungry children during the weekend, Food Bank of the Rockies established its Totes of Hope program, which provides eight or nine pounds of food to children in need every Friday. Children return the empty tote on Monday, to be refilled over the week. Many children rely on these totes as their primary source of nourishment during the weekend.
